A. SURFACE PREPARATION BEFORE INSTALLING NEW FLOOR
The floor surface should be checked to fit all work to install new vinyl flooring.
The physical and chemical conditions of the floor should be checked fit condition when returned to the vinyl sheet on the floor. Subcontractor in charge of the vinyl floor coverings is the unit responsible for the entire floor surface is ready for the installation of vinyl flooring.
A.1. Preparation before the floor
The floor must be absolutely flat, dry, hard, smooth, solid structure before the cover sheet vinyl. The floor is not cracked, cracked, broken, non-stick coatings, oils, resins, grease or any other additives that may affect the quality of the adhesive. + Drying floor (in case the weather is too cold)
Floor drying system must be open for at least 4 weeks before undergoing vinyl sheet, then turn off the system within 24 hours before preparing floor coverings. After floor coverings must turn the floor heating system within 48 hours and the temperature was adjusted as normal working temperatures from 5-7 days (temperatures below 280 C floor)
Glues used must conform to the conditions of the drying floor.
