INSTRUCTIONS FOR REFUND, REFUND
In case of exchange/return:
- The product has been purchased but not satisfied
Buyers can return the goods when they are not satisfied within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the goods, hoanghagroup.vn will exchange the product for the customer. Products you want to exchange or return need to keep the product in its original, unopened, unused condition. It is not necessary to have any tags or damage to the box. No distortion or deformation.
- Product purchased is defective

Conditions of return and exchange
