Step 1: Prepare and process the site

Step 2: Install the skeleton system:

Fix the skeleton: Fix the skeleton firmly to the concrete foundation with specialized bolts or expansion screws.
Step 3: Install Plywood panels:
Material selection: Use specialized plywood panels with thickness and hardness suitable to the technical requirements of each type of sport.
Installing Plywood: Install plywood panels on the skeleton system, making sure the panels are joined tightly and flat, with no gaps.
Fixing Plywood: Fix the plywood panels to the skeleton with specialized screws.
Step 4: Install wooden flooring:

Install flooring: Install flooring according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring joints are tight and sturdy.
Fixing the floorboard: Use specialized glue and screws to fix the floorboard to the plywood system.
Step 5: Completion and handover:
Cleaning wooden floors: Remove dirt, wood chips, and impurities on the wooden floor surface after completing construction. Use a specialized vacuum cleaner and damp cloth to clean wooden floors.
Line marking: Measure and line the sports field according to the regulations of each sport. Use specialized paint for wooden sports floors, ensuring color durability and anti-slip.
Inspection and handover: Re-inspect the entire project, ensuring it meets technical and aesthetic standards. Hand over the project to the investor with instructions for use and maintenance of wooden sports floors.
