DETAILS DESCRIPTION
Primer 712 is a chemically concentrated, white, synthetic, water-based, solvent-free, solvent-free application that can be applied to a wide range of substrates and, when dry, forms a flexible, lustrous, and flexible coating. a uniform surface. Primer 712 also enhances the adhesion of flattening compounds and adhesives for wallpaper, increasing the bonding ability of tile adhesives and screeds.
USE
Primer 712 is used to prepare indoor floors, walls, and ceilings for the application of cementitious screeds (self-leveling mortar, tile adhesive, or building mortar) as well as putty materials. flatter the surface, increase the adhesion of adhesives and retard the wetting of the applied material surfaces.
Effectively fills pinholes on absorbent substrates to inhibit the emergence of air bubbles during the application of surface smoothing materials and self-leveling grouts, thereby increasing material flow and efficiency.
Primer 712 can be used as a primer to cover the surface with cement or plaster such as wall putty, self-leveling mortar.
Primer 712 can be used as a binder to improve the adhesion of thick and smooth concrete, dense cement mortars before applying self-leveling grout or cementitious tile adhesive.
Suitable for plaster surface treatment before applying wallpaper.
Apply between smoothing coats: Apply first coat when completely dry before applying next coat.
FLOOR PREPARATION
The substrate must be dry and clean of dust, residual glue and substances that interfere with the adhesion of primer 712 such as polish, wax, grease, .... must be removed prior to application of primer 712.
CONSTRUCTION PRIMER 712
Shake the container of primer 712 well before use, which can be diluted when required by pouring primer 712 into a clean container and mixing it with the correct amount of clean water in the proportions indicated. Make sure that the temperature of the application room and the substrate to be applied primer 712 is above 5°C.
If the material applied after primer 712 is a moisture-sensitive material, the floor must be dry and if it is the ground floor, the floor must be covered with a waterproof membrane.
Spread primer 712 evenly on the floor with a soft brush or spray gun, keep the surface clean and wait for it to dry completely when a thin, glossy film is visible. Then apply other materials following.
RECOMMENDATION
Do not apply on magnesium base.
Do not use primer 712 when the concrete floor has moisture >6%.
Do not use Primer 712 for outdoor and wet areas.
Primer 712 is not waterproof for plaster surfaces although it has the ability to significantly reduce the porosity and absorbency of the material.
