1. Prepare the ground:
Make sure the floor surface is dry, flat and level at ±3mm in 3m in each direction.
If it is a concrete floor, the surface needs to be smooth and flat, not rough or have cracks or holes. Use Primer P-712 to enhance adhesion for coating self-leveling mortar G812, to ensure aesthetics.
Treat the old surface by peeling off the old vinyl layer (if any) and clean it.
Construction of antibacterial vinyl flooring should be the last job when all other construction works have been completed to avoid dust and dirt.
Air conditioners, if any, must be installed at least one week before installing antibacterial vinyl flooring.
The moisture of the concrete floor does not exceed 6% and the pH of the floor does not exceed 10.
The temperature of the concrete floor before construction must be between 18°C and 30°C and remain stable for at least 48 hours before and after the installation process.

2. Carry out construction:
Choose starting position:
Choose the first location on the floor to proceed with installation.
Check the vinyl floor to make sure it is clean and flat.
Mix and apply glue:
Mix the glue well for about 10 minutes. For electrostatic floors, use specialized electrostatic glue.
Apply glue evenly on the floor area of about 2 - 4m2 and on both sides of the electrostatic copper wire along the length of the floor panel.
Installing antibacterial vinyl flooring:
Install the floor within 1 hour after applying glue.
Spread the antibacterial vinyl floor sheet on the floor, roll up half the width of the sheet, apply glue evenly and gradually expand from the middle towards the edge to remove air.
Flatten the floor:
After pasting, use a rubber hammer to gently tap the surface or grout line of each piece to achieve a 2mm grout size.
After about 40 minutes, use a roller weighing about 50kg to roll evenly over the entire floor surface to ensure the surface is flat and wrinkle-free.
3.Welding and Surface Treatment:
Grout welding uses 3mm - 4mm welding wire with a welding angle of 40°.
Remove excess solder with a sharp knife and gently tap the entire surface again.
4. Cleaning and polishing:
Prepare Contours and Corners:

Use a capping strip attached to the vinyl at the base of the wall to help prevent dust and dirt.

Using step ends at the joints of vinyl flooring with other flooring types at the door ensures a smooth and lasting transition.
