Construction of Antistatic Vinyl Flooring:
1. Prepare the ground:
Make sure the floor is dry and flat, with a level of 3mm/3m.
Concrete floors need to be flat and smooth. In case there are tiles, wood or cracks or holes, they need to be specifically treated with: Primer P-712 helps the surface be ready for coating with G812 self-leveling mortar, enhancing adhesion. Sticky and ensures aesthetics.
2. Preserving materials and glue:
The floor slab and glue need to be kept at a temperature of about 25oC before application for at least 24 hours and then maintained at a regular temperature for at least 48 hours after application.
Stir the glue well before use and apply it to the floor one section at a time.
3. Carry out construction:
Set the adhesive bonding time to 20 minutes, and complete the job within 1 hour.
Spread the tiles according to the set standards, then weld the joints to a depth of 2/3 of the thickness of the vinyl sheet after 48 hours.
Use 3~4 mm PVC welding wire by skilled workers and cut off the excess after welding.
4. Cleaning and polishing:
Clean the surface after 24 hours with IBTECO SUPER CLEAN detergent to remove residue. Use an 80kg roller to ensure a flat floor surface and IBTECO Super Wax floor polish for a beautiful shine.
II. Grounding system:
To effectively prevent static electricity, it is important to ensure that the floor has a solid ground connection. The grounding method should be chosen based on the purpose of use and the specific area. You can use copper wires to connect to ground points or connect through the building's iron frame system.
III. Maintenance:
Clean floors regularly to remove sand and harmful materials.
Avoid exposing the floor to asphalt and unsuitable rubber wheels.
Any stains should be cleaned immediately with diluted bleach.
